Background: Diabetic lumbosacral radiculoplexus neuropathy (LSRPN) is a distinct clinical condition characterized by severe pain with nocturnal worsening and weakness/wasting commonly affecting the proximal thigh muscles (L3/L4) asymmetrically in the context of poor glycaemic control.
