Abstract

Under the background of MEA (More Electric Aircraft), electromechanical actuation system is widely applied in aircraft. A light-weight electromechanical actuation system with fast response and high power density is designed and developed according to the limited space and high level disturbance moment. The following three points are introduced in this paper: (1) the lockable electromechanical actuation system; (2) design and simulation of the electromechanical actuation system; (3) tests of the electromechanical actuation system.
