Abstract
If in the pre-Covid-19 pandemic environmental impositions prevailed for a fine-tuning of the adjustments required, in the post-pandemic period, the speed of change in the corporate environment has been increasingly common. In this complex environment, companies need to manage an intelligence system capable of continuously monitoring the variables that can have an immediate impact on the core of the business: demand behavior, socio-environmental issues, macroeconomic policies, to name but a few.
