Abstract
It has been almost four decades when HIV infection became a severe public health problem. Since then, infectious disease experts worldwide have been working without finding a vaccine to immune people from the disease. So the focus has shifted from developing a vaccine to identifying the most effective evidence-based prevention strategies to slow the spread of the disease. In 2017 an estimated 5.1 million or 14.8% of young adults aged 18 to 25 were diagnosed with substance use disorder [1,2].
