Abstract
A 13-year-old Chinese girl presented with a 2-year history of a large lower abdominal mass. There were no other symptoms. Physical examination demonstrated a large, solid, non-tender mass in the lower central abdomen. Laboratory investigations showed an elevated serum CA125 level of 970 U ml (normal ,35 U ml). Serum alpha-fetoprotein, carcinoembryonic antigen, b-human chorionic gonadotrophic hormone, testosterone and oestradiol levels were all normal. What is the diagnosis?
