Abstract
Startup India is a worthwhile effort taken by Indian Government during the year 2016 to encourage entrepreneurial spirit among the Indian people. The objective of this program is to generate employment through new startup businesses. Startup Women entrepreneurs are identified as a shaping tool for economic development and also providing employment to unemployed citizens. Though the government announced business loan and tax benefits under startup scheme for women entrepreneur's there are more risks in the new business. The present sis focused on financial and marketing problems faced by startup women entrepreneurs at Coimbatore District. The result of study discloses that shortage of working capital is the chief financial problem and difficulty in selling the goods is the major marketing problem of startup women entrepreneurs.
