A kind of mobile roof snow removal device

Abstract

<b><sc>Abstract.</sc></b> <b>Roof snow removal is a necessary work in the North. At present, its major using artificial snow removal, which is not only high labor intensity, but also low work efficiency. In this paper, a kind of mobile roof snow removal device is put forward. The device contains travel mechanism, snow-stacking mechanism, snow shovel transmission and conveying equipment. The travel mechanism is driven by a motor; snow-stacking mechanism contains snow removal screw conveyor and rubbing board, with screw, the snow-stacking mechanism can fold up; snow shovel transmission contains snow shovel and a snowboard to roll up snow; conveyor belt is installed behind rack. Research shows that the position of the moving block and the length of the connecting rod have a significant effect on the folding angle of the snow-stacking mechanism with screw. When it is working, the snow-stacking mechanism expand both wings, transport both sides of the snow to the snow shovel, and it shovel up the snow, then the snowboard throw the snow to the conveyor belt, which will shift the snow away from the roof at the same time. This device makes roof snow cleaning more efficient and convenient, and solves the problem that manual snow removal is slow and laborious and cannot be completely cleaned up.</b>
