Abstract

In order to keep the grapefruit fresh and keep the water after picking, it is necessary to wrap a layer of packaging film on the surface of grapefruit. At present, this work is basically completed by hand packaging, and the workers are tired but the efficiency is very low. Therefore, the labor cost per unit weight of fruit is high, which does not meet the needs of modern agricultural production. The purpose of this project is to develop a machine for automatic packaging of grapefruit with packaging film, so as to reduce the high cost and low efficiency of manual packaging. This project mainly studies the whole material mechanism of conveyor belt, film supply mechanism and packaging mechanism of conveying packaging film. The tightness, accuracy and efficiency of packaging will be optimized through research. There are two main packaging methods. One is manual packaging, its main disadvantages are low production efficiency and high cost, which is not conducive to the long-term development of enterprises. The second is heat shrinkable packaging, its main disadvantages: first, the heat shrinkable film is very thin, in the long-term transportation and storage process, it is extremely easy to damage, which seriously affects the packaging quality of grapefruit, and is not conducive to the long-term preservation of grapefruit. 2. According to relevant studies, the heat shrinkage process will lead to a certain degree of water loss of grapefruit, thus affecting the taste of grapefruit, and the heat shrinkage will make the skin of grapefruit yellowing, tarnishing, affecting the beauty of grapefruit. At present, the production of grapefruit is huge, and the grapefruit packaging is mainly manual packaging. In manual packaging, grapefruit is packed in bags. Generally speaking, experienced employees can pack one grapefruit in ten seconds, which is inefficient. In view of the large output of grapefruit and low efficiency of manual packaging, the development of an automatic grapefruit packaging machine is of great significance to reduce the cost of grapefruit packaging, improve packaging efficiency and save labor. According to the investigation, there are grapefruit packaging machines, most of which are heat sealed packaging. In the packaging process, the film on the surface of grapefruit is compressed by heat sealing, but this packaging method has an impact on the quality of grapefruit. In addition, in order to keep the grapefruit for a longer time, it is necessary to exhaust all the air in the packaging bag as far as possible, which puts forward higher requirements for the packaging machine. The invention discloses a full-automatic grapefruit packaging machine, which comprises a film supply mechanism, a film cutting mechanism, a bunch closing and clamping mechanism, a material receiving mechanism and a binding mechanism, wherein the film supply mechanism is used for spreading the film along a plane and winding it along a straight direction; The film cutting mechanism is used for cutting the film up and down along the flat surface of the film; The material receiving mechanism is used for receiving the fruit coated with the film; The bunching clamping mechanism is used for bunching the end of the film covering the fruit; The taping mechanism is used for fastening the end of the film covering the fruit; The invention not only greatly liberates the labor force and reduces the production cost, but also has a strong impact on the generation environment of the heat shrinkable pomelo packaging machine in the market, provides consumers with more high-quality and delicious fresh pomelo, avoids the disadvantages of the heat shrinkable packaging in the market, and can be used for any form of packaging film for pomelo packaging.
