Abstract

We present in this short working paper a reordering algorithm, that we found quite handy while working in the context of Reproducing Kernel Hilbert Space (RKHS) theory. This algorithm, based on the linear assignment value problem, is used in a number of our research or industrial applications. It is integrated into our python library, named CodPy. CodPy stands for “Curse of dimensionality in Python” and is a Support Vector Machine (SVM), application oriented, Python library, providing tools for machine learning, statitistical learning and numerical simulations, consisting in a standard implementation of reproducing kernel Hilbert space (RKHS) methods.
