Abstract
Every year, Journal of Health Visiting (JHV) will welcome a newly qualified health visitor, fresh from their training, onto the editorial board for one year. Throughout the year, they will provide JHV with an insight into their training and a roundup of their first year in practice. For 2013, JHV is delighted to introduce Victoria Halls, a health visitor from White City, London who completed her training in September 2012. Victoria talks to JHV about her training experiences, her first few months in practice, and what she hopes to achieve in 2013.
