Abstract

The present study deals with the analysis of the economic block denominated Central American Common Market. Contracting States, after decades of crisis and rupture of the block, decided to relaunch the integrational project upon the writing of two important juridical instruments: the Protocol of Tegucigalpa and the Protocol of Guatemala. The first constitutes a new juridical and institutional mark of integration, the second updates and relaunches the regi­onal integration.
