Abstract
This article introduce a study about the diferents teories that discribe the Business Intelligence, the importance of decision making to organizations and the resourse planning as strategic fator to development of new actions that promote change management. It was a literature review of qualitative way, with the objective of identify the principals concepts about the subject of course taken and its applicability to proposed work. The study provided a conceptual analysis of contentes about Quantitative; Qualitative Methods for Decision Making, allowing to identify the principals tools used and it practical applicability to projects that envolve inovation through of insertion of new tecnologies. The search it was made of exploratory form provided to get importants results as synthesis of actions already accomplished for diferents professionals, that serve as reference to new works, with spotlight to chalange that can be faced and the contribution of Business Intelligence to organizations´ development.
