Abstract

A high-performance humidity sensor coated with different graphene oxide (GO) film is presented in this paper. The porous structure and oxygen-containing groups of GO promote great humidity-sensing properties. Based on the detection of resonant frequency shift, this sensor exhibits a superior sensitivity of 26 kHz/%RH at 10%-90% relative humidity. The sensor also demonstrates a linear temperature coefficient of frequency, a little hysteresis, and short response (~9s) / recovery (~11s) time. Therefore, this humidity sensor with GO sensing film shows great potential in practical applications.
