Abstract

IgE are key mediators of allergic disease. Human IgE repertoire analysis allows insight into these disease-causing molecular interactions. Such an analysis promotes an understanding of allergic disease and development of new therapies and improved assays. The unmet need of human monoclonal IgE to address these matters prevents such studies. We now develop and exploit such a resource of human monoclonal IgE for these purposes.
