Abstract

Summary. — The Taman hoard 1948 (54 archaic silver coins and 2 lead ingots) is of great interest for the study of the early Bosporan monetary system (types, denominations, standards). It gives us many informations concerning the political and economical relations between the Kimmerian Bosporus and some other cities in the Greek world.
