Abstract
1. 1. A graphical method is explained which permits the construction of any electric field, or the solution of Laplace's differential equation. 2. 2. As an example the field for a thin wire strung through a circular hole in an infinite plane is given. 3. 3. This field is representable by w = cosh z. In conclusion, I wish to thank Dr. J. Kunz for a suggestion regarding the given graphical solution of Laplace's differential equation.
