A Governance Model for an EU Cyber Security Collaborative Network – ECSCON
Highlights
The specific topic of the implementation of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council, establishing the European Cybersecurity Industrial, Technology and Research Competence Centre and the Network of National Coordination Centres 1 (R630) is governance and management of the Cyber Community in Europe
In regards to the Cybersecurity Competence Community (CCC) we consider establishment of different networks – one definitely is around ECSO, another is developed under Cyber Atlas initiative of JRC, and the four pilots aim at building their collaborative networked organisations
The paper presents in brief the mandate, needs and objectives, analyses of existing Collaborative Networked Organisations (CNOs)’ governance models and information sharing models in the collaborative network environment
