Abstract
The soluble polyimide bearing Disperse Red [Ph(R)-N(CO) 2 Ph-C(CF 3 ) 2 -Ph(CO) 2 N] n (R= OCH 2 CH 2 N(Et)PhN=NPhNO 2 ) has been synthesized. The polyimide exhibited good processability and a high optical linearity. A high thermal stability at 150°C was also observed
