Abstract
In this paper, a generalized inverse eigen value problem is raised to construct a class of generalized snow-like matrices from two generalized eigen values and corresponding eigenvectors. The solvability of the problem is discussed. The paper researches the existence and uniqueness of the problem. The expression of the solution of the problem is given, and a numerical example is provided.
