Abstract

The article discusses a specific method for achievement of progress on the basis of the Science of Ahangyol in any social systems. According to the author, a social system may only have progress if these 3 conditions are met mutually: (i) the physical health of the social system agents increases; (ii) their moral health develops; and (iii) the need for a creative attitude to labor increases. Each of these three conditions may be represented with specific and fuzzily measurable indicators. These indicators generate a matrix consisting of 3 lines: The Matrix A characterizes a system that we desire to progress, and its specific subsystems. And any system that we desire to progress is characterized by its specific subsystems. If we also represent these subsystems with specific and fuzzily measurable indicators hierarchically, a new B-matrix of fuzzy indicators will generate. In order to achieve progress, such transactions may be conducted through application of Fuzzy Mathematics together with Ahangyol methods between the elements of the B-matrix and by using of other scientific methods, as well as by assistance of Information Technologies (IT) that may meet the conditions of the A-matrix, the system that characterizes it more.
