Abstract

In recent years, increasing attention has focused on cutting off the power supply to electrical appliances off before a disaster occurs. If the residents turn off the breakers of each household before evacuation, it is possible to support the early restoration of the local community as well as the function of the electrical equipment of each household at the time of restoration. In this paper, we have developed a new electrical disaster prevention education program for children on the impact of electrical equipment in the event of floods and grasped the enhancing emergency response during floods. We are developing abilities to restore the entire community at an early stage, in addition to the perspectives of prevention and mitigation against flood damage.
