Abstract

A modern approach is discussed to the management of an e-government project that is implemented on the territory of Chelyabinsk oblast. The project is characterized by features such as a multilevel structure, geographic dispersion, and a large number of information sources and consumers and external systems of organizations with different data-exchange formats, multiple functions and complex relationships between them, and the lack of complete analogues limiting the use of standard software solutions. A functional model is described for the interactions between the company OOO Lanit-Ural and the contractor, South Ural State University. The model is based on the Redmine project management system.
