Abstract
Abstract Date Presented 4/16/2015 Late middle-aged Latinos are at high risk for developing chronic conditions that lead to early disability. A qualitative study was conducted with Latinos in this demographic group to develop a framework that can be used to design patient-centered, occupational therapy health promotion interventions.
