Abstract
Community development was always supported by the government to achieve well-being goals. A community data collection and analysis project was initiated as a part of community development attempts to alleviate the poverty of people in rural areas. The project was divided into two phases: 1) the creation of a framework for collecting and analyzing community data and the development of the initial WebGIS system; 2) the expansion of data fields and the system to cover all data fields conforming to the framework. In the research, the framework described data sources, data collection, and data analysis, and visualization. The WebGIS was developed based on GIS technologies. Data from both available data sources and surveys were input into the system. After that, data analytics and visualization methods were implemented.
