Abstract
A study by Régnier etal. shows that Flt3-ligand (FL) levels program two distinct mechanisms of anti-tumor immunity. Low FL levels allow recruitment of T effectors and Tcell-mediated responses whereas high FL levels support recruitment of classical dendritic cells (cDC) and natural killer (NK) cells and NK-mediated anti-tumor responses.
