Abstract
The basic purpose of this study was to expose the process of physical education teachers’ formation to work in public schools of Germany, based on experiences of the Institut fur Sportwissenschaft da Technische Universitat Brausnschweig Pockelsstr and its development structure. The study was organized demonstrating: (1) - the general objectives of the formation. (2) - a general view on the structure of the physical education teachers' formation in the Institute of Sports Science of Braunschweig University; (3) - the modern pedagogic conception of physical education and the conception of classes which are open to investigations; 4) - the transformative didactic-methodological capacity; and, finally, 5) - the formation process at the university configured as a socialization process: from a sportsman to an educator of the movement.
