Abstract
A study was designed and completed whose chief purpose was to determine a model set of cognitive-behavioral objectives for field-based teacher-education programs. This model could be helpful to practitioners who wish to provide field experiences as an integral component of teacher-education programs or for specialized studies with teachers. Those who must evaluate Earth science teacher-education programs would find this model helpful.
