Abstract

In the article, in connection with the discussion in higher education circles of the problems that arise when students use plagiarism and digital technologies (neural networks) in the learning process, including the preparation of research papers, relevant aspects of the realization of the right to higher education are considered in conjunction with the corresponding responsibilities. Other problems are also stated that are discussed in the teaching community, but not solved at the state level. Parallels are drawn and a close connection is seen between the quality of duty in the field of education and the denial of such in the field of the family, family education. The necessity of introducing the construction of obligation into the family law is stated. Among the significant prerequisites for this decision, a special place is occupied by constitutional amendments on the goals and objectives of raising children. It is argued that their implementation will play a good role in the process of forming the legal consciousness of a modern Russian student. Special requirements for the organization and content of training in jurisprudence programs are fixed, reinforcing the constructions of obligation.
