Abstract

This article explores Mx/G/1 retrial queueing model with feedback, break down, multi optional repair, customers impatience and vacation. The server may fail at any time during the service. As soon as breakdown occurs, the server can opt any one of the multi optional repair. At the completion of repair, server starts the service for interrupted customer. Upon the service completion, the customer is admitted to make a feedback. At each service completion, the server takes a vacation. Upon completion of the vacation, the server takes customers directly from the orbit for service if any. Probability generating function (PGF) of queue size, system size and various performance measures are computed.
