Abstract

In flexible manufacturing system, the tool system is the main tool for metal cutting. Whether the tool system is used optimally, whether the scheduling is reasonable and whether the management is perfect will have a great impact on the utilization rate, production efficiency and production quality of the whole flexible manufacturing system. In this paper, the fuzzy Petri net is introduced into the fault diagnosis technology of flexible manufacturing tool system, and the fuzzy Petri net model of flexible manufacturing tool system is established .Using the established fault diagnosis model, not only the fault diagnosis can be carried out according to various information, but also the comprehensive diagnosis can be carried out according to the fault diagnosis results, which can ensure the efficient operation of flexible manufacturing tool system. A bidirectional feature modeling method combining forward reasoning and reverse validation is proposed to diagnose faults, and fault transition sets are defined to record fault propagation paths to prevent the recurrence of fault transition. The reasoning results verify the reliability and accuracy of the fault diagnosis system, and provide a new fault diagnosis method for flexible manufacturing tool system.
