Abstract
By explicitly excluding the Pfirsch-Schluter diffusion and Spitzer terms from the perturbed distribution functions in δf drift-kinetic Monte Carlo simulations, off-diagonal neoclassical transport coefficients for quasi-symmetric toroidal plasmas can be calculated properly, ensuring the constancy of the geometric factor in the exact axisymmetric limit.
