Abstract
우리나라 의료비 지출은 OECD 국가들 중 평균 1.3%보다 3.6%p로 약 3배정도가 높다. 이러한 의료비 절감의 일환으로 최근 u-Health를 통한 서비스가 각광을 받고 있다. 하지만, 지난 2002년부터 국내 u-Health 산업이 본격적으로 시작되었음에도 불구하고 국내 u-Health 산업은 다양한 문제에 기인하여 최근까지도 정체되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 원인에 대한 다양한 분석이 있지만, 사용자의 인식 부족이 주요한 원인으로 지적되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 u-Health 서비스 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 기술수용모델(TAM)을 기반으로 제시하였다. 설계한 연구모형을 바탕으로 설문조사를 통해 수집한 최종 123개의 설문 응답결과를 탐색적 요인 분석과 다중회귀분석을 통해 실증분석 하였다. 잠재적 소비자들이 u-Health 서비스를 사용하는데 어떠한 요인이 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구로서 실용적, 학술적 가치를 가진다.
