Abstract
The adoption of teleworking has gained prominence in recent decades, especially as a result of technological transformations and the recent pandemic that accelerated its implementation. In the context of the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT), teleworking presents specific nuances and implications, particularly with regard to minor apprentices, who are in the training and professional development phase, and who face particularities that deserve attention when considering the effectiveness of this type of work. The purpose of this text is to discuss how teleworking, in light of the CLT, can be na effective alternative for young learners, analyzing the benefits, challenges and the need for legal adaptations to guarantee na enriching and safe learning experience.
