Abstract

Abstract A fuzzy control method is proposed to address the problem of asynchronous motor position caused by uncertain factors, such as changes in motor load parameters and external disturbances in piston pumps driven by servo motors. We simulate three typical inputs and random load disturbances of dual-axis motor position synchronization using SIMULINK and apply this control strategy to high-precision piston pumps. The simulation and experimental results show that using the fuzzy control method can make the synchronous position tracking accuracy of the dual-axis motor better than 0.2%, and the synchronization error converges to zero after load disturbance. This method has certain anti-interference abilities.
