Abstract
A fracture of the neck of radius in children is relatively rare. The outcome is dependent not only on the injury but also on the method of treatment and presence of associated injury. We report a case of fracture of the neck of radius with complete separation of radial head associated with ipsilateral diaphyseal fractures of radius and ulna. The fracture of the neck and the shaft of the radius was treated by closed intramedullary Kirschner (K) wire, while fracture of shaft of the ulna was fixed internally by a plate and screws.
