Abstract

Esta entrevista (em inglês) foi realizada durante o 5º Simpósio Internacional de Filosofia Jurídica – Rede de Pesquisa Brasil, Rússia, Argentina e Itália – nos dias 25 e 26 de maio de 2017, organizado pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Direito da Universidade Federal do Paraná, Brasil. O tema principal do evento foi “Concepções do Sistema Jurídico”.

Introduction

A: My choice to study legal philosophy can be explained by a set of different practical reasons. This interview was conducted during the 5th International Legal Philosophy Symposium – Research network Brazil, Russia, Argentina and Italy – on the 25th and 26th of May, 2017, hosted by the Postgraduate Program in Law at the Federal University of Paraná, Brazil. A: I am a professor associated with the Department of Theory and History of Law and State at the National Research University Higher School of Economics. I am working at the Saint Petersburg campus, where I teach legal theory, comparative law and Russian legal philosophy.
