Abstract
The high peak-to-mean envelope power ratio (PMEPR) is a major problem in multicarrier code-division multiple-access (MC-CDMA) system. In this letter, we have proposed a new optimal Z-complementary code set (ZCCS) using higher-order (≥ 2) generalized Boolean functions (GBFs). The proposed ZCCS has maximum column sequence PMEPR of 2 and it achieves the theoretical upper bound of optimality.
