A dimensão da subjetividade no processo de trabalho: visão arendtiana

Abstract

The present reflexive study aims to reveal the health working process, through the understanding of human condition by Hannah Arendt. Intending to clear up the dimension of subjectivity, in which the health professionals – while interacting with people looking for care, and relating themselves to multiprofessional staff members – need a discourse and and action based on coherent, flexible and multifaced ideas. The philosopher Hannah Arendt supports this opinion and, additionally, proposes an ethical and political debate that contributes for us to think about the main problems and challenges of our time, which involves subjectivity, in the study in question, of the worker-subject. A politologist, as she prefers to be named, she believes that in face of the most urgent issues and questions, we must notice the meaning of history, restore the importance of friendship, reassure the bonds of solidarity and rescue political dignity. We believe Arendt shows us a possibility of changing the reality imposed by society, through the search of alternatives of new forms of action and discourse, creating and redefining spaces in the health scenery, based on the action that is to begin, on the carrying out and trying something new and different.
