Abstract
The emotional well-being of pregnant women plays a critical role in having healthy pregnancies and positive birth outcomes, particularly in women in underserved communities. The two happy hearts (THH) model is a technology-based emotional wellness intervention characterized by a personalized exercise and mindful breathing approach to promote the health and well-being of partpartum women and their newborns. The purpose of this case study was to provide preliminary data to inform the design of a feasibility study.
