Abstract

This paper describes the design of model following control system for nonlinear descriptor system (DS) with disturbances in which the output signals converge to desired signals asymptotically. In this paper, the authors set the nonlinear part (f(/spl nu/(t))) of the controlled object as /spl par/f(/spl nu/(t))/spl par//spl les//spl alpha/+/spl beta//spl par//spl nu/(t)/spl par//sup /spl gamma//. (/spl alpha//spl ges/0./spl beta//spl ges/0.0S/spl gamma/<1) and show the boundedness of inner states. In this case, the fact that characteristic roots of the system matrix are stable guarantees the boundedness of inner states. A numerical simulation with disturbances verified the availability of this method.
