Abstract

In this paper, we consider simultaneous stabilizing problem for multivariable systems. At first, we propose a state space design procedure of simultaneous stabilizing controller based on the idea of filtered inverse systems for the case stable inverse systems etfist. We expand the procedure for the case stable inverse systems exist, that is, the case of stable inverse system does not exit is also considered. Main contribution of this paper is(1)to simplify the procedure proposed by Minto and Vidyasagar, Chen et al.(2)to expand the procedure for the system that has unstable zeros and to show freedom of simultaneous stabilizing controller(3)to give explicit simultaneous stabilizing controller based on state space description.
