Abstract

This article introduces a cycling fitness system based on virtual reality technology. The system uses a combination of VR helmets and bicycles to simulate different cycling scenes through a virtual environment, providing users with an immersive cycling experience. Users can choose different scenes and modes to monitor fitness data such as heart rate in real time. with the assistance of AI, a real experience can be achieved. Through the introduction of VR technology, the system can not only improve the user's cycling experience, but also effectively stimulate the user's interest in exercise and promote the development of the fitness industry.
