Abstract
The Oaks Day Nursery has been rated Ofsted Outstanding since 2017, praised for its exciting and varied curriculum, tailored support for each child, excellent staff wellbeing initiatives and for staff who always go ‘above and beyond’. We sat down with nursery manager, Rebecca Slater, to discover what happens behind-the-scenes, and asked her to share her best tips and practice for other early year professionals.
