Abstract

The pH measurement has been widely used in application areas such as sensors, pharmacy, food-processing, biotechnology and laboratories etc. This paper attempts to explore an application of CNFET-based current conveyor (CC-II) for the design of a pH-sensor interface. The second generation current conveyor (CC-II) is a very versatile active building block and attained special interest for current-mode circuits. Additionally, proposed circuit utilizes only active element and passive component with low supply voltage of ±0.7V and consumes only 131.5µW of power. HSPICE simulations with 32 nm CNFET model have been performed to test the validity of the design.
