Abstract

(Abstracted from Int Urogynecol J 2018;29:1213–1219) First-line therapy for overactive bladder (OAB) includes an anticholinergic (ACH) medication and behavioral modification. There are high rates of discontinuation with ACH because of adverse effects such as dry mouth, dry eyes, and constipation.
