Abstract

Generalized sampled data hold function (GSHF) has been studied in a number of works and it is known to be a nonstandard sampled data control scheme. In this paper, we show that some linear time-invariant controllers become GSHF when a standard zero-order sample and hold is applied, thus establishing a correspondence between GSHF and a standard sampled data control scheme.
