Abstract
Levites etal. demonstrate that mouse models of Alzheimer disease (AD), exhibiting amyloid-beta (Αβ) plaque formation, share Αβ responsome proteins with humans. Their work underscores the value of these models in studying Αβ aggregation, cellular vulnerability, and early-stage AD pathology.
