Abstract
The state encourages clean heating, and electric heating is an important component. However, the cost of conventional electricity consumption is high. If the abandoning wind power is used, it not only eliminates wind power but also reduces the cost of electric heating. Taking an actual power grid as an example, this paper proposes a coordinated dispatching strategy for abandoned wind heat storage for heating by studying the total amount of abandoned wind, heat storage capacity and heating capacity. This has great practical significance for a power grid with abandoned large-scale wind power and large-scale heat storage.
