Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the articles of the last three years, which appeared in different journals, about “instructional technologies” in Turkey. Thus, five different journals were selected and their contents were analyzed according to specified criteria. Among the articles, published in the Journal of Ankara University Faculty of Educational Sciences, Journal of Hacettepe University Faculty of Education, Journal of Gazi University Faculty of Education, TOJET and TOJDE, the ones conducted in Turkey and having Turkish authors were selected. The selected articles are elicited according to nine criteria such as topic, target population, theoretical basis, sample selection method, sample size, research method, research type, data collection methods and number of references. The results provided us the general scope of researches about instructional technology in Turkey
