Abstract
This case report describes a cascading purpuric eruption progressing to bullae, ulceration and hypergranulation in a 76-year-old patient with Diffuse B-cell Lymphoma (DBCL), following CAR T cell therapy. Reporting and documenting these cutaneous reactions is crucial to raise awareness, improve management, and monitor patient outcomes.
